[Background]

[Character]
Dad, Wife (as daughter), Police, Husband( as son-in-law).
(Script)
{Two couples wed. The next day after their wedding, the husband goes to wife’s home along with her. On seeing the door of the house slightly open, he kicks the door with his right-leg with full anger.
Inside the house he sees the wife’s dad sitting on the chair reading newspaper. The wife’s dad at once jumps of the chair and stands still. Then the husband catches hold of his wife’s left hand by his right hand as her wife was standing at his right hand side. He pulls his wife inside the house and then pushes her towards her dad. The wife quietly stands with her face down, besides her dad}

[Dialogue]
DAD-(Politely)
Beta kya baat hai?
Meri beti se kuch galti hua hai, toh me tumse maafi mangta hun!
HUSBAND-(Angrily)
Nahi Pitaji! Galti aap se nahi, mujse hui hai jo me apki beti se shaadi kar baita!
DAD-(Confused)
Beta tum kya kehna chahte ho mujhe saaf-saaf batao!
HUSBAND-(In a confident tone)
Aap sirf Ek Nano gadi mujhe dahej me de!
DAD-(Shocked, placing his hand on his heart):
Kya? Itni badi gadi. Beta hum toh garib parivar ke hai, Itna rupya kaha se jama kare?
HUSBAND-(In a loud voice):
Me ab apko do din ka samay deta hun, Tab tak Gadi mujhe dahej me De nahi toh Apki beti hamesha aap hi ke paas rahegi.
[Seeing the argument going out of control, the wife slowly goes to the bedroom so that the two don’t notice her and informs the police about it]
[In minutes a policeman comes to the place]
POLICE-(Angrily Questions):
Yahan kya ho raha hai? Mujhe shikayat mili hai ki dahej ka maamla hai!
Batao dahej kaun le raha hai?
[Wife, in a confident voice , Showing her hand towards her husband, she tells to the police]
WIFE-(Confidently):
Yeh aadmi mera pati hai! Aur yeh mere Pitaji se Nano gadi dahej mang raha hai!
[The police immediately removes a handcuffs from his pocket and locked in the hands of the culprit and takes him to the police station]
Voice Over:
Dahej lena aur dena kanuni apradh hai, krupya karke apne beti ki zindagi ke saath samjouta na kare. Agar aap kisiko dahej lete hue paye toh uske suchna turant apni nazdiki police karyalay me de.
